PROVIDE DECISION SUPPORT when you are thinking about treatments or surgery

EXPLAIN A NEW DIAGNOSIS to help you make informed decisions.

MCC services are available at no cost to members of Sound Health & Wellness Trust–Samuel and their eligible dependents.

About Samuel Hirst, RN, BSN, your MCC:

Nurse Hirst has many years of mental health nursing experience, particularly in dual diagnosis treatment facilities. Prior to specializing in mental health, he worked as a staff nurse.
