for all care needs and second opinions.

RESOLVE PROBLEMS
with billing, claims and health insurance.

GET THINGS YOU NEED
such as healthcare equipment.

PROVIDE DECISION SUPPORT when you are thinking about treatments or surgery

EXPLAIN A NEW DIAGNOSIS to help you make informed decisions.

MCC services are available at no cost to members of RWDSU/UFCW Local 338–Nicole and their eligible dependents.

About Nicole Botta, RN, BSN, your MCC:

Nurse Botta joins us with more than 15 years’ experience in clinical nursing and healthcare marketing in the Long Island area . She has advocated for patients and families through inpatient stays and has worked with families, providers, clinics and community agencies to make sure patients got the appropriate treatment.
